The tentative calendar of examinations by the National Testing Agency (NTA) has been released, which includes the schedule of examinations conducted at the national level from December 2026 to March 2027. In this context, NTA has released the tentative schedule of JEE Main 2027 Session 1 along with some other entrance and eligibility examinations.
According to NTA exam calendar, JEE Main 2027 Session 1 exam will start from January 22, 2027. Dates of the exam sessions have been announced for January 22, 24, 28, 30 and 31. JEE Main test is organized for admission into engineering courses, including B.E., and B.Tech.
Other exams according to NTA exam calendar are UGC-NET December 2026 starting from December 14, Joint CSIR-UGC NET, NIFT Entrance Examination, CMAT, AISSEE and CUET-PG.
It is anticipated that the calendar will assist in the planning of academic and examination activities on time for the benefit of the candidates as well as the institutions concerned. The NTA has stated explicitly that the dates provided in the calendar are provisional and are subject to alteration if necessary due to administrative, academic, statutory, logistics or any other reasons.
JEE Main exam hopefuls get an idea about the schedule of the examination from the notification. Information regarding the application process, eligibility criteria, examination centers, admit cards and other candidate-related information will be made available in the notifications separately.
