Apple is bringing more AI features to your device with the latest iOS 27.3 and watchOS 27.3 developer beta updates. The new AI tools will help you handle everyday conversations more easily, plan workouts better and give you a clearer picture of your own health. These updates indicate that Apple is taking AI, the buzzword of the tech industry, to the beaten path of daily life, rather than sticking with a digital assistant.

Audio Intelligence for Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4. Audio Intelligence has two new features, Live Rewind and Siri Recap, that help users remember the important details from their conversations. When a user doubles presses the Digital Crown, Live Rewind retrieves a text transcript of the last 15 seconds of a conversation. Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 use AI to create summaries of important points from a conversation, Siri Recap, so users don’t have to miss out while taking notes. Apple has also described privacy safeguards, such as on-device audio processing, opt-in controls, and more.

Apple is launching a new exercise experience called Gym Strength that will be available on Fitness+. It offers personalised four-week strength training programmes based on your goals, experience, time and gym equipment available to you. It can recommend a workout including the exercises, sets, reps and weights you should do, along with a video demonstration from a Fitness+ trainer.

The redesigned Health app is also new and brings personalised recommendations by leveraging Apple Intelligence on health data. The redesigned experience features a new Insights tab that groups health data into categories such as heart, sleep, fitness and other health metrics. The new app also features a new Longevity tab that introduces Health Age by benchmarking select health metrics against your chronological age. There are also at-home movement assessments to test flexibility, strength and balance using iPhone camera and Apple Watch.

Language support for some Apple Intelligence features has also been extended in the latest beta, with some health-related features now available in more languages, such as French, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Portuguese.

They are to be offered in developer beta versions now and generally later. The new moves will see Apple turn AI into a more integrated element in communication, fitness and personal health management.
