The GMAC 2025 report reveals that organizations across sectors,tech, consulting, healthcare, and finance are hiring management graduates not just for operations, but for AI-aligned leadership roles. The report also notes that more than 80% of global employers plan to hire B-school graduates in 2025, especially in roles related to AI transformation, strategic consulting, and business intelligence.

 Gen Z Grads Meet Corporate Expectations—with a Few Exceptions

The GMAC employer survey also explored perceptions of the newest generation entering the workforce. Encouragingly, 61% of recruiters said Gen Z graduates demonstrate professionalism on par with prior generations. However, some skepticism remains,particularly in client-facing industries like consulting and healthcare, where around 25% of employers expressed concerns about Gen Z’s readiness.
