Salman Khan reveals he’s battling trigeminal neuralgia, AVM

Salman Khan disclosed that he is fighting several serious ailments, including trigeminal neuralgia, an aneurysm in the brain, and an arteriovenous malformation (AVM).

Salman Khan made a comeback to The Great Indian Kapil Show as the inaugural guest of the new season. Brushing aside recent rumors regarding Salman Khan health, the actor looked fit and healthy physically, but disclosed on the show that he still fights several serious medical ailments, including Salman Khan trigeminal neuralgia, Salman Khan brain aneurysm, and Salman Khan AV malformation.

During an interview with host Kapil Sharma, Salman answered a question on marriage in relation to the challenge of generating wealth and the fiscal implication of divorce. He was worried about having to start over at his age in case a spouse were to claim half his revenues.

“Hum ye dainly ki haddiyaan tudwa rahe hain, pasliyaan toot gai, trigeminal neuralgia ke sath kaam kar rahe hain, aneurysm hai brain mein uske bawajood kaam kar rahe hain. AV malformation hai, uske bawajood chal rahe hain (I’m out here breaking my bones each day — ribs are broken, I’m working despite having trigeminal neuralgia, there’s an aneurysm in the brain, yet I’m still working. There’s also an AV malformation, and still, I’m carrying on),” Salman said.

He added: “All of this is going on in my life. Aur jahan unka mood satka, woh aadha humara leke chala gaya. Ye younger age mein hota toh theek tha, phirse kama lete. Ab wapis se. (And the moment their mood soured, they will take away half of what I had. Had this happened when I was younger, it would’ve been fine — I could’ve earned it all back. But now, starting over again.)”
