Success often comes from wanting to do something and not giving up. It is about trying again even when things are tough. Tejesh Vaish’s path, from Lucknow to leadership in Dubai’s intelligence industry, shows that early problems don’t mean a person cannot do well in the future.
Tejesh came from a family that sold sweets in Lucknow. He had trouble with school when he was young. He got 48% in Class 5. That might have made many students feel bad. Tejesh did not let that stop him. He kept working and stayed focused on his studies.
His hard work helped him get into IIT Kanpur. That is a school in India for engineering and technology. Getting into that school was an achievement. It shows that if someone keeps trying and stays committed, they can reach places that seem far away at first.
After finishing his studies, Vaish entered the changing world of technology. Artificial intelligence has become a force in many industries. His career path led him to Dubai, which is quickly becoming a centre for technology, innovation and business startups.
Now Vaish is said to lead an AI company in Dubai. He earns around ₹2.5 crore every year. This shows how far he has come professionally.
Vaish’s life story offers a message to students and young people.
Students and young people who feel school stress or are unsure about their future often think that a poor exam result or a tough time marks the end of the road. Vaish’s life story shows that this is not true.
Vaish’s journey shows that staying strong, never stopping to learn and staying focused on long‑term goals can truly make a difference. Students and young people can see that Vaish’s journey gives hope and a new path.
As artificial intelligence keeps changing the economy, stories like Vaish’s prove that talent, work and the right chances can lead to amazing career success.
